Can I get a refund?

Are your courses State approved?

As of January 1, 2015, the State of Michigan no longer approves real estate continuing education providers or courses. In fact, no one (not even any local or state association) can approve courses on behalf of the State of Michigan. Our courses are priced individually by the number of credit hours they contain. And, the more you purchase, the more you can save. How it Works?

How does your website work?

Taking our online courses is as Easy As 1-2-3! Here’s how our website and courses work:

  • First, you choose the course(s) you want from our list of Courses.
  • Second, you pay for your courses online with a credit card or PayPal. Paying online is secure with our encrypted website.
  • You can then immediately access your courses from the the My Courses page, which can be found at the top of our website. The My Courses link also shows up only after you login. Once on the My Courses page, just click on the course to get started. It’s that easy.
  • You take the course at your own pace and on your own time. You can take the course in small increments or all at once. If you exit out of the course and then log back in at a later time, you start where you left off.
  • The first time you purchase a course from us you will need to register with our school by filling out a simple Registration Form. The information requested in the registration process is required by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, so you can satisfactorily prove you have completed all courses you take.
  • Each course is divided into several smaller modules by topic (like chapters of a book). Our courses appear as simple web pages so you don’t need any special software or computer equipment to take them. The courses are easy to navigate using our clearly-marked navigation buttons. You can stop and resume courses as many times as you like until you finish.
  • At the end of each module you will find a short quiz that consists of easy to answer true/false and multiple choice questions. The quiz is required by the State, and the questions are straightforward and not tricky. The quiz is graded immediately as soon as you finish it. You can take a quiz again and again (unlimited attempts) in case you get some questions wrong. We guarantee you’ll pass!
  • Your Certificate of Completion is immediately generated and available to you as soon as you complete the entire course.

How are your courses organized?

All of our courses are delivered entirely through the Internet on this website, which is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Our courses appear as simple web pages so you don’t need any special software or computer equipment to take them. The courses are easy to navigate using our clearly-marked navigation buttons. You can stop and resume courses as many times as you like until you finish, so you take the course at your own pace.

Each course is broken down into smaller parts called “modules,” which are like chapters of a book. You move through the course by reading each module. At the end of each module is a short quiz consisting of easy to answer true/false and multiple choice questions based on the module’s content. The quizzes are graded online as soon as you complete them, so you’ll know instantly if you got the answers correct. You must answer every quiz question correctly to move to the next module. But don’t worry if you don’t get all of the answers right because you can take a quiz again and again (unlimited attempts). You are guaranteed to pass.

As soon as you finish the last module you are done! Your Certificate of Completion is generated automatically and available to you online immediately after you complete a course. You can print the certificate on your printer. The certificate is also always available on the My Courses page of the website for up to four years after completing a course so you can access it as many times as you want.

What happens when I finish a course?

As soon as you complete the final module of a course, you will immediately receive your Certificate of Completion. You can also come back and view your certificate at a later time on your My Courses page.

I noticed that there is a timer when I take a course. Why is that?

The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs requires that we have a way of keeping track of how long it takes each person to complete a course. So we provide you with a way you can be aware of how long you spend on a course. There is absolutely no limit on how long it takes you to complete a course, so take your time and work at your own pace. You cannot be penalized for taking more time than the course requires. There is no rush.

Can I print course material?

Yes. To print a course module, click anywhere in the content area. Next, click on the browser’s “print” button. If you can’t locate the “print” button in your browser, click on “File” at the top left corner of your browser, then click on “print.” If you are using Internet Explorer, you can also right click in the content area of the screen and click the print option of the popup menu.

Getting Started

How do I register to take courses?

To purchase and complete continuing education courses provided by 123 ConEd LLC on this website, you first need to register as a student. Registration is quick and easy, and your information is safe on our secure website. The very first time you purchase a course from us you will need to register with our school by filling out a simple Registration Form. The information requested in the registration process is required by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, so we can make sure you receive proper credit for all courses you take. Once you complete the form, you will be prompted to check your email where you will find an email containing an “Activation” link.  Once you click on that “Activation” link, you will receive one last email with your username (which is your email) and a temporary password.  You are then free to log into our website and get started!

Keep in mind that at any time after you register you can update or change your personal/registration information. Just login and go to the My Courses page. Simply click on the My Profile link and you will be taken to a page that will allow you to update any aspect of your registration information.You can contact us at help@123ConEd.com with any questions about the registration process.

How do I purchase a course?

Purchasing one or more courses is safe, secure, and Easy As 1-2-3! Simply click on the Courses tab at the top, or see courses as they scroll across our Home Page. Once you are on there, you can click on any course to view a detailed description of the course. If you like what you see, you can click on the green “Add to Cart” icon at the bottom of the description to add the course to your shopping cart. You can either then just pay for the course or go back to the course listing and buy more courses. Please remember that you get our lowest per-credit price when you purchase 6 or more credit hours at the same time (the discount is reflected at checkout).

NOTE: The very first time you purchase a course from us you will need to register with our school by filling out a simple online registration form. Existing students simply need to log on to the website and purchase courses (no need to re-register).

How long does it take to complete a course?

It’s entirely up to you. You work at your own pace; do a little each day or you can complete it all at once. You’ll be done before you know it.

Our courses are based on a 50-minute clock hour. So, for example, a two hour course would take approximately 100 minutes. Because people read at different speeds, some people may finish the course much quicker than others. The great thing about our courses is that you work at your own pace. Certificates and Reporting

How do I receive my completion certificate when I’m done with a course?

Your certificate of completion is generated automatically and available to you online immediately after you complete a course. You can print the certificate on your printer or save it. The certificate is also always available on the My Courses page of the website for up to four years after completing a course so you can access it as many times as you need.

Do you report my course completion to the State for me?

No.  Effective January 1, 2015, real estate continuing education schools are no longer allowed to report course completions to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). Pursuant to R339.2504a(2) of LARA’s Administrative Code, you must keep your Certificate of Completion for a minimum of four years.

Any course completed prior to January 1, 2015, was timely and properly reported to LARA.
